Emily is complaining as if she was FORCED to buy Panthers shirts for her kids to wear to school yesterday.

YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY THE SHIRTS!

I do understand this though. A little bit. All the other kids have t-shirts except yours. Kid is bummed, other kids pick on them or laugh because they couldn't afford one. However, it's part of life. Your kid is gonna face upset. All Panther's shirts are not outrageously expensive tho. I don't see why they couldn't have got one of those.

Agreed.

Emily just wants to complain and have people feel sorry for her.

But shouldn't the tread be titled how she is fed up with the schools/school system who are encouraging the kids to wear Panthers gear...not the Panthers themselves.

It sounds like she is more concerned about where the money is going than how much money is being charged. She's making it about economic politics. She could find a way to show support for the Panthers on a budget. I don't think she wants to support the Panthers though.

I don't see anything wrong with the title.

In her tweet, she complains about showing spirit for a multi billion dollar industry and that industry she is referring to is the Carolina Panthers.

    • Hope Koch recovers (he’s stated numerous times he doesn’t like to be called “koochie”) soon. But he does not instill confidence in the crease. I don’t have any confidence in any of our goalies, healthy or not. Andersen when available gives us the best chance to win but he’s never available.    Team has to explore trade options soon.
    • Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.
