Tickets

You can sort to have the prices listed with fees. I did this when searching for tickets to the Atlanta game. I specifically wanted front row of the mezzanine (like our 200 level here but a tad bit higher up). I searched stubhub and NFL ticket exchange. Finally secured the best deal on Friday afternoon for seats I wanted on ticket exchange.

One site cannot post a ticket for sale on a different site, as they are not the owner of the ticket.

Would not be a Huddle thread without a crazy conspiracy theory.

Not sure why were arguing about this just an opinion. I'll save it for Seattle tomorrow

You do a lot of browsing of those sites?

I did in the past when I was looking for concert and game tickets.

tons of the tickets on these sites are owned by brokers....and they damn sure post the tickets on many sites.  They only pay the fee to the site that sells the ticket.  Thus, they would be stupid to post on one site.

But, there are hidden fees on so many things.  They are pretty much standard business

Not saying it is right or wrong...just that they are common practice everywhere

Yep and you never see them until the last couple of clicks in the check out process. By then you are getting excited about buying whatever it is and that emotion makes you more likely to pay more for it than you originally planned. I am sure there have been numerous studies done to determine the optimum time to hit you with the fees. Just another way "The Man" controls the masses.

I am sitting poolside at a swim meet all day....in between events for my kids.  So, I got bored and just felt like stirring things up.

I only responded about the fees initially to stir you up. Enjoy the swim meet. I have faith that you will finally qualify this year.
