Lynch says he's ready to go for Sunday

I hear Lynch lost weight, he's rusty, and the O-line is awful, so I'm not expecting them to rely on the run game to try to win this game.  I'm still saying, Seattles only matchup they will have that legitimately favors them is gonna be whoever is lined up against McClain.

Probably Lockett IMO.  Which is scary. Seattle loves the deep lobs.  Kurt Colemen better be on his game.

Which is why I have him as my X Factor.....he owes us a INT.  I think he gets it.  He should of had that flea flcker.

Me and you were fishing in the same boat, I had McClain as my Xfactor because he's gonna get picked on all game, but I could see them rolling Coleman over to give him some help (in fact, after you mentioned it, I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they will do).  I think one of those 2 will have a pick.

I'm less concerned with how Lynch actually performs (we usually keep him in check) than how it changes our defense. If our D is more concerned about the run game than without him, could make those prayer passes work more often.

With Lynch starting, Seattle has a losing record 2-4..  Without him they went 6-2 in their last 8 games.  So I am glad he is starting.  He has been very pedestrian this year even before he got hurt.

I doubt it will change anything.  His replacement has played better than Lynch has.  Given we have stopped him just about every time we played, he won't be the focus of the defense until he actually does something.
