Good stuff still listening

valiant effort trying to get the scoop on contract stuff.  It was clear he wasn't going there and I was saying "ask about possible franchise tag, ask about possible franchise tag!"

And, of course you did, and set up the question very well, yet still got shut down.  Glad he is clearly not worried about this.

what was the stuff about Harlem Shake?  My connection got lousy.

Great podcast! The fact that he can feel the love of this locker room is part of what makes this team special.

it ties directly into the military theme this season has taken. I've decided to write my story about this after the season ends. So special in so many ways.

Josh is great. Awesome to hear you and Sammi talk to him. It's been too long. Love that he loves the grind. The right way to do things.

Always enjoy listening to Josh!

Be interesting to see who he covers this weekend. I was just flipping through a few plays of week 6 game and saw him on Lockett, Graham and Matthews. Do you ask him to go into the slot or keep him outside with the just as dangerous Lockett?

From the few plays I watched quickly Bene was on Baldwin. Guys like Matthews, Graham and Bene all not playing Sunday so does Cortland get the Baldwin assignment?

    • They reached for Pickett, so they are not immune to it.  I could see that as well.  I just think the Colts are flying under the radar and they have been too quiet concerning their QB situation--of course, they could think Jones is their guy (they had a good one named Jones a long time ago) but I think they are done with the Richardson experiment.   Even if I believed in Jones, I would still draft a QB--I also read one mock that said the Jets would take Sanders if he falls to 7---I disagree, but I was once wrong and it still bothers me.
    • I just switched to prime video with fanduel south. Will I be able to watch the Canes playoff games still?
    • I mean, you can use that "logic," but the problem is that most practice squad players, backups or average guys don't put the play on film that Wharton did when given their opportunities.  Perhaps you'll end up right, but I don't think that just because a guy has been in a rotation makes him inherently less productive because he gets more snaps. I will say that the KC fans I've seen on social media loved him, and considered him their second best DT,  regardless of his "rotational" status, and generally considered him a dawg, so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt until he shows otherwise.
