The Keep Pounding Drum

I personally would love to see chancellor lee Adams (Rae Carruth's son) pound the drum one day soon.  He's 16 now and a special Olympian, and even though he's been hosed by the panthers more than any of us could ever understand, he and his grandmother are still panther fans.  As a fan of the panthers, he inspires me to understand what real forgiveness is, and one day I'd love to see us honor him.

Chancellor Lee Adams actually hasn't been hosed by the Panthers. He performed in a group dance at BOA stadium before a Panthers game.

Here is a story about Chancellor by Scott Fowler from a few months ago.

A Panthers fan

Chancellor once performed in a group dance on the field at Bank of America Stadium just before a Panthers game. No one in the media knew at the time that the son of Rae Carruth was out there on the same field where his father once played, but it is just one of several connections he has to the team.

I guess that I'd say I didn't mean organizationally, I meant more as if my father did what his did.  I don't know that I or any one in my family would be able to support the team because of his connection to it (and no one would blame them).  Chancellor is an example of truly how to forgive.
