lol...Alabama won by 5, and they needed an onside kick to win it. don't go bragging like it was total domination.

Don't agree.  Clemson got over 500 yards of offense.  They ran, they passed, pretty much at will.  Alabama got over 500 yards of offense,.  They ran, they passed, pretty much at will.  Both offenses dominated the respective defenses. 

 

Onside kick and kick returns were really the only difference in the game.  Bama had 200 yards in kick returns.  More return yards than rushing yards I think.

DBs, St, coaching, really the list goes on.

Just goes to show you that you cannot just pay attention to offense and defense and you have to actually put more effort into having a good special teams unit.

Yeah this game and the vikings game also teach you special teams and kicking are severely overlooked aspects of football that are incredibly important.

If the Clemson special teams are fundamentally sound.. no kick return for TD, no out of place onside kick, and they may win the game even with having disgusting play from DBs

yes, and you're bashing Clemson like they are a crappy team. Alabama barely won, and needed 2 huge special teams plays to do it. Both teams are very good.

Clemson lost the turnover and special teams battle so they lost the war.  If we win on offense and defense but lose the turnover and special teams battle we will lose as well. Hope Ron realizes this before it's too late.
