Snow on Sunday?

Lots of dick posts about the original post. You look like an idiot when you attack something you know nothing about. First off, the high doesn't mean anything. It matters what the temps are when the precipitation rolls in. Temps tend to drop considerably when a storm rolls in. True, the high is often hit in the afternoon of a normal day  but ever notice how temps can drop like 20 degrees when a storm hits? Or when a cold front moves through?

And it doesn't even need to be below freezing in the forecast temperature to snow. That is at the surface level. As long as it is below freezing higher in the atmosphere it will snow. If it is cold enough for long enough on the way to the ground it will still come down as snow. And the predictions are generally unreliable this far out but they are far smarter than you. Will it snow? Probably not. But there is the potential of a snow event, which is what the original poster thought was worth discussing. You don't need to be a dick about it if you don't think it will snow.

What is the likely hood it snows during the game if the high will be 48?

The only way that would happen, was if the high took place early in the morning, then dropped precipitously through out the day (usually doesn't happen that way, but it can).

Did you actually look at it and think? Or you just saw the snowflake and quickly wanted to make a post?

If other forecast say possible rain (20%), then that makes sense. Cause the high will be around 48, and the game will be played at 1pm.

Forecast can change anyway, especially when the games 6 days away.

It supposed to be 40+ degrees in the morning and wet with cold front moving in and temperatures plunging during the day to freezing with rain possibly becoming a snow.  Maybe you should look yourself before assuming.

Huh!?

I had already acknowledged that. Did you actually read?

However, other posters have already disputed your forecast, which only reinforces what I wrote. And I also mentioned the forecast can change, cause it's 6 days away.

So just quit while your behind.

It's obvious you glanced at the forecast, and rushed out to create a stir regarding "snow".

No problem. We'll see when the game starts (and then you can crow about it if it does).

Thanks.

What are you whining about it?  You sound very bitter that I made a post about possible snow...  See the question mark in the title?  See the picture from weather.com?  Do you need a box of tampons?

Snow is serious business.
