The only way that would happen, was if the high took place early in the morning, then dropped precipitously through out the day (usually doesn't happen that way, but it can).

Did you actually look at it and think? Or you just saw the snowflake and quickly wanted to make a post?

If other forecast say possible rain (20%), then that makes sense. Cause the high will be around 48, and the game will be played at 1pm.

Forecast can change anyway, especially when the games 6 days away.

Ive actually read in a couple places now that the Carolinas are possibly going to see a bit of a snowy front next week. I think it'd be awesome.
