Seattle winning is a blessing for the Panthers

This is the kind of thread that I can get behind.  I don't care who you play, if you can't win you don't deserve to be in the Super Bowl.  If we get to go through teams that others perceive as better than us, I'm all in.

agree. i actually am more worried about playing down to a packers or a redskins team we offensively stomped than a close-matched seahawks game.

Bright side for me is that there wont be 10,000 packers/redskins fans here.  Im hoping the seachickens dont bring too many of their fans since seattle is approximately 100,000 miles away.

Yep he has given up several sacks and hurries over the last few weeks. Also, in the first matchup against Seattle he gave Cliff Avril enough leverage to hit Cam's arm and led to an interception.

But Seattle..... Seattle will get this team more hyped up than any other team could possibly do. Beating the two time NFC champions in front of your own fans to lay claim as the new owners of the NFC. I cannot think of anything better... and guess what... neither can the players. I guarantee it. 

This is the big leagues, Panthers fans. If you don't like playing the best teams in the NFL on the way to the Superbowl.... go cheer for Jacksonville. 

 

I am glad to play these guys. Revenge for last season. On the hunt for NE in the SuperBowl  so we can finish what we started last time we met in the SB.

I really wanted Seattle to lose, not because they are a scary team, but because of the whiny bandwagon fans. 

Then I got to thinking, it'll be even more sweet if it's the Panthers knocking the Hawks out of contention. It'll be really sweet. Yep. That's the ticket. Cannot wait.

The Seahawks come in with no pressure. Everyone knows they should of lost. However, Cam is no  Teddy Bridgewater. Bridgewater does not play to win. Cam plays to win. Be ready Seahawks and the most overrated fan base in football.

Will give respect to the two post-game SEA interviews (one with Cameron on NBC, the other with whats-his-face on FOX), where they both gave props to Carolina and how they were taking it just one game at a time. The FOX one also said that Newton should be MVP so they know they'll have a tough game.

I honestly believe if we beat Seattle, we win the Super Bowl. There is no doubt in my mind. 

A win against the team who has had our number will do unmeasurable things for this teams confidence for the nfccg and the Super Bowl. I don't care who they play.

It is coming down to Carolina, Seattle and AZ.

Chances are good whoever survives will win the Super Bowl.

I like the Panthers chances and the opportunity to finally silence the nattering nabobs of negativity that populate the sports world.
