It was my understanding that the home team is given 3 points so a -3 would be a 6 point favorite. Is that not correct?

We play better as underdogs. I hope everyone and their brother picks the Seahawks to win and gives the Panthers the chip on the shoulder they need. Maybe @Camvp and @PanthersUnited can go to the locker room pre-game and detail all the reasons why Seahawks are better.

Actually it means if we were on a neutral field the line would be even.

Seattle's D can be had for big points, I already posted a topic on it.  But our starting defensive ends have done nothing but proven to be huge bums when it comes to getting 4th quarter pressure against good Qbs

Retarded 2012ers are gonna bet on the poo-hawks hard and I expect that line to move down, to bad it won't matter.  poo-hawks have no run game and won't be able to luck into a win against the Panthers.  I think the Panthers will win this one rather convincingly honestly.
