Like we've seen with Riverboat, I think it can go both ways.  I'm thinking if between the 40's, and you have 4th and less than 2, they would be more apt to go for it.  All of it is for naught though, the punter's face is just menstruating (I think my post earlier in the week regarding Russel Wilson's tendency might have come into play).  He'll be able to punt, he'll just be moody.

I'm not sure there are many QBs you would have full confidence in throwing downfield in these conditions.

At least Turner has nixed all the drop backs that killed them last matchup.  Have to treat Bridgewater like the game manager he is
