What specifically is there to tamper with if he is not under contract with any team and hasn't played in now three years? And the last team he was under contract with was us. All of this is silly. Either the team wants him around or they don't. The onus shouldn't just be on him. Particularly considering he is not the one who turned his back. Ultimately it reads like the powers that be don't want to be publicly reminded of how hilariously awful they have been at piecing together any remote semblance of success since they released him. The Panthers front office don't pay anyone's bills here. We can acknowledge what's what. -

It is football, still. You control the LOS, both sides, you win that game most of the time. Jenkins, we took so long to replace him. Way too long. Gettleman won me over big with his first draft. But he is another story.
