This movie has academy awards written all over it.  I just got done watching it. Best movie I have seen in years.   One word for it - Incredible.

Watched it a week or so ago, was excellent.   Probably best of the year for me (when comparing to 2015 stuff that is which technically it is I believe).

Watched it a couple weeks ago online and honestly, kinda mad I did.  Should've gone to the theater for it, because I absolutely loved it.

When movies say "inspired by a true story" instead of "based on a true story" you can bet very little is from the actual story..

Just got back from seeing it.  It was a very solid movie but nothing ground breaking.  Hats off to the actors who endured the filming.  Be sure and dress warm if you go see it.

Mehh, I watched it last night.  Scenery, costumes etc A+.  Plot D+ revenge, overall too long, it drug on and on, mama bears can be a bitch.

It was just ok to me , i fell asleep half way through but i was at the house watching it not at the theater but thats never a good thing for a movie

The cinematography was groundbreaking.  The bear CGI was groundbreaking.  It wasn't really about "revenge" it was about how much junk can one man go through and also showing us how the frontier was back then and how dangerous it was.   The scenery was amazing and I also wish I watched it in the theater.    Leo was great in it and the physical acting was top notch.   Yes it was long but it needed to be to show the journey.  

I haven't seen a movie that was better, granted I still need to watch Spotlight and The Room.

The Big Short was great, as well.  Sadly, it IS based on a true story.

Watching a movie on your computer rather than going out to see it in the theater is a bit like drinking generic beer isn't it? I mean, in the end it is alcohol/entertainment, but it sure isn't as good as it can get. A few bucks more and the difference is astounding.
