If a player gets overhyped after the draft, it can be easy to praise it (especially at a position of need) and then point to those who did when they suck...but I never really see a reason to diss a draft pick until they play at the NFL level.  They're taken by one of 32 GMs for a reason.

Im still ashamed that i didnt like the kuechly pick.  I just thought we had way bigger needs than a mlb (which we did) but if you can draft an elite player at any position regardless of need a few times like we did, your team gets better quick.

I was a fan of the pick. Confused at first but then thought about that d line in 2013 and instantly thought we had the best front seven in football, hands down. And we did.

Was surprised we double dipped at DT, but I loved him as the pick.

I watch a lot of B10 football and even Purdue games (sister-in-law is Purdue grad) and he was a beast in college.
