Dude, please stop. Whenever LA was NOT contending, they had the attendance record of a Tampa Bay Buccaneer home game. LA is a dry market with no possible growth unless that franchise wins like three Superbowls in five years.

Greed. That's all it is.

Completely clueless to the near 50 years the Rams were successful in Los Angeles.

Do not even speak of the Raiders.

Absolutely not true. Name one stadium built in California built for exclusive use of an NFL franchise (other than Levi's stadium that just opened). LA area fans have been given the low end of the stick of greedy owners, crappy field product and crappy stadiums. While most of what you are saying is true in regards to bandwagoners, don't we a Panther fans have that problem as well? It is a universal sports problem, not an LA problem.

20 million in the SoCal region, larger corporate area and bigger emphasis on Hollywood and a new age of social media, the NFL in Los Angeles is different from the Frontier and Davis days.

Yeah I heard something the other day that the temporary Rose Bowl deal is all but done. I had thought the citizens of Pasdaena was against the Sunday crowds, this get ironed out?

The EIR was completed I believe in 2012 or 2013 so Pasadena is ready for the team to come in for 2 years. The snotty jerks who live in the multi million dollar houses immediately next to the Rose Bowl will not stop the millions from getting to experience football in SoCal again.

And for those that complain that there will be so much traffic in LA, get over it. 8 Sundays out of 52 and they act like the world is coming to an end.

The Lakers and Clippers pack their arenas every night for decades, even when the Clippers sucked hard.

The Ducks and Kings pack their arenas every year for decades.

The Dodgers and Angels? 7 million fans per year between the two regardless of records.

NFL will be no different with an NFL quality stadium experience.

I personally think if the nfl is deadset on putting a team in that shithole, then at least make it the Raiders.  They have a history with the city and therefore, it should be easier for fans of the Oakland ilk to still feel like they have a team.  Yes, i know they are rabid for the Oakland Raiders, but it's been done before and it's still the same state, so there is a previous connection AND it's not like uprooting a team and moving them four or five states away with no hopes of ever seeing them in-person again.

For that same reason, I wouldnt be as upset if the Chargers were next in line, again, IF THE NFL ABSOLUTELY HAS TO HAVE A TEAM (OR TWO) IN L.A.  At least for San Diego and Oakland fans, their team is still in-state, so they can still have that sentimental sense of pride from that perspective.

That being said, i absolutely loathe the idea of any small-mid market team relocating to L.A.  So, i would hate it to see STL actually relocate.  Yes, the Rams were in L.A. before as well, but they moved for a reason and have had great success in STL and likely any fans that grew up with the STL version of the Rams will have no reason of desire to pull for an L.A. version of the team.

So, my preference would be Oakland if only 1.  Oakland and SD if two.  But, i would prefer none of them move, especially not SD or STL.  I also really hope any of the teams that move to L.A. get completely bit in the ass like the teams that preceded them.

The only problem is the vast majority of Los Angeles football fans without an arrest record as thick as Jon Gruden's Playbook DON'T want the Raiders.

I believe at the end of the day, Kroenke will partner with Spanos and share the Inglewood location. That is the only possible way all the owners will allow it based on the split voting.

I believe this is absolutely the best solution barring my preference for LA, expansion. Sorry Goodell, England can suck it.
