Shula goes....who you want?

Shula isn't Chud.  He isn't going to the Browns to merely be fired in a year.

Shula will be here next year.  No one should want him to go.  That includes Zod.  He understands Cam is the key....and not all OCs can handle the most basic facts.  Many would want Cam to do what they do.  Shula  gets it.

I suspect McD might get some interviews. Often takes a young guy like him years and the interviews this year would help going forward.

I think both stay.

Just the money aspect would make me want to jump ship, even if it wasn't the best thing for my career long term.

Too much money being thrown around to not take a shot at it.

That said, I think that we may lose 1, and it will probably be McD.

Happiness and long term success matter....I don't think being a Chud or the last 49er HC and being able to claim you were a HC for a year outweighs it for many.

Took Ron being at McD's current stage a long time.  I think he will get interviews but I'd be surprised if either gets a gig this year.   Just an odds thing and a lot of people considered

I hear you, and I'm actually make a job/financial decision right now, but that guaranteed money is staggering compared to what OC/DC's make.

Like I said earlier, he has about 1.8 or so left on the books here, he gets a job as a HC, he will have about 16M guaranteed on the books.

That changes lives.

Agreed.  As long as he is focused on a power running game, and is a "Coryell" type coach, I'm in.

His dad was Norv Turner's mentor.

Ernie Zampese was an old school Coryell guy who ran the Dallas offense through some of its glory years.

Ken comes by his Coryell roots honest and has a good history of working with a young quarterback.

Oh, I'm aware, and have been following him for a while.  I'm a big Norv supporter, especially as an OC with a younger HC.
