IF they beat us again, in the playoffs, at home, they own us now until eternity.

 

However... if we get it done on our field, it's a passing of the torch that they won't get back anytime soon with all the guys on deals they have coming up.

Well, you're wrong about that, but just for argument's sake, let's say you're right. If their NFC Championship doesn't matter, then neither does our victory against them earlier in the season. Either way, the Panthers still have something to prove. That doesn't meat that anybody is scared of anything, it's just the way it is.

This is said after they make an issue out of how can a 15-1 team be disrespected?

By saying the team they beat in Seattle and have demonstrated they are more powerful than throughout the season is said to be a better team.

How about being an undefeated underdog to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day?

Being told you have not played a winning team all season until it turns out they were not winning teams at the time because they got beat by Carolina.

Who has the highest scoring offense? Who has the MVP? Who has the #1 running game? Who has the defensive PLAYERS of the year? Which defense gives up the fewest points per drive?

The Seahawks have played 6 playoff caliber teams this season. Their record? 3-4. The Panthers have played 4 playoff caliber teams and they are 4-0.

The Panthers have home field advantage.

Seems like the obvious thing to say is the Seahawks are superior to the Panthers and hold all the advantages.

When you have people say they can not see the disrespect and then take a stance the very next moment that diminishes the more proven team, you have at that moment DISRESPECT.

So Jimmy, either Carolina is a lesser team than their record, or you believe Seattle is playing like world beaters who should be undefeated in the league. Which one is it? Are you disrespecting the best team in the league, or are you disrespecting every team in the NFL that has beaten the Seahawks and has a better record than the Seahawks?
