Great post! Being a father has not only been a blessing, it made me a man. Seeing my child born was indescribable, as I'm sure it was for Cam. I expect him to play even more inspired now, so look out Tampa!

Congratulations & blessings to Cam & Kia. My grandson was born on the 22nd & I got to see the love a good family has to give to all their children. I'm positive Cam will be a great father.

A co-worker brought up a really good point:

They aren't married, she's a former stripper, he's the face of the franchise, and he just signed a big money deal in the offseason. His agent/PR team could have ordered a paternity test to verify if Cam was the father or not. Once it came back is when they officially announced it. 

From a PR standpoint, that makes perfect sense. Don't make it public until you're sure. That's why we didn't get an official word from Cam for nearly a week. Even if Cam trusted her, you bet your sweet ass those in charge of Cam's finances made sure it was Cam's kid before he acknowledged it.

Trust but verify.

No...but on other comments from articles people are bashing for that. Cam will never win with some people. But thats already been understood.
