because he got suspended for performance enhancing drugs, and once his suspension was over, there was no more room on the roster for him to be reactivated.  Nothing is happening.  The roster is full.

I've been tired of CJ's off the field attitude for a while. Watching him gloat during the airing of ESPN's Broke was fuging disgusting.

I would venture to say there isn't anything CJ could do to remain a Panther next season. He knows it. We know it. The entire team knows it. Gettleman was just waiting until he could release him. CJ will be a 2016 June 1st cut.

And it's not his fault that Hurney gave him a contract that he would never see the final year of. I would have taken the money too. CJ is now able to take care of himself and his family for generations, possible forever if it's wisely invested.

Certainly RR knows this. Shouldn't he be limited in his snaps? It looks like he is out there about as much as he was at the start of the season.
