Here is a transcript of the appeal

Thrash - Why did you try to break Norman's neck?

Beckham - A practice player threatened me with a bat 3 hours earlier

Thrash - What does that has to do with Norman?

Beckham -Wait wait, I actually remember now, they called ma a gay slur few hours before the game. The 2nd cousin of our punter told a source in the Giants organization who in turn told Al Jezeera that there were gay slurs heard that were directed towards me. 

Thrash - What did they exactly call you? The only thing you have been called that is corroborated is "ballerina"

Beckham - Yes, they called me a ballerina and that hurt my feelings. In addition, I am officially imploring the PC crowd to include the word ballerina as a gay slur going forward.

Thrash - But you were doing this

Beckham - Listen man! You also need to understand that the sky was blue and it affected my hormones and my performance on the field

Thrash -  Hmm! Here is my question Mr. Beckham. Can you make a connection between the panthers holding bats in practice calling you a ballerina and trash-taking you, with you trying to decapitate Norman 3 hours later?

Beckham -No

Thrash - You have eloquently stated your case. Appeal overturned! Have a great game Sunday!
