If this turns out to be true, then the NFL has no credibility. This is like dad grounding you but mom still letting you go spend the night at your friend's house. After awhile the threat of punishment is gone and the kids act however they want.

The week that "Concussion" is coming out, the NFL is about to let a guy who took a 10 yard running head start, and launched himself at another player's head, have his suspension overturned.  Goodell, your NFL is ridiculous.
