please name one instance where CJ has distracted his team mates from getting their job done. saying he is under performing is one thing but calling him a bitch, distraction etc is way over the top and makes you look not so good.

Great speech! But watch CJ the 2 times they put the camera on him. He looks like he is pouting one time and the other time he looks up at the tv. Rivera points at him 2 times during his speech. In particular when he said stayed focused! CJ looks likes he blows Rivera off. fug him! Don't miss the whole season then act like a baby!
