Eli on @WFAN660 calls the helmet-to-helmet on the Vereen run a "cheap shot" by Odell.

Eli on @WFAN660 says he spoke to Odell earlier this season to stop "antics" that get under DBs' skin to avoid injuries.

Obviously he held back some but that is about as critical as you will see a player be about another player on his own team and he did partially blame the refs but I think most everyone agrees the refs screwed up and let it escalate.

While I don't agree with Coughlin keeping him in the game, I will say I liked that he was actually honest about it and said it was because he wanted to win the game and didn't try to hide behind some BS like Odell was innocent or something.

Yeah, more than the players. The refs are more reasonable for allowing it to go on so long.

Sounds like he needs to check his facts. OBJ is the one crying about feeling "threatened" because some Panthers were holding bats. Norman is just calling OBJ out for being a little bitch.

I hope the giants somehow make it to the playoffs, and somehow end up facing us again here in Charlotte. I think this defense would try to tear elis head off. I would love it!

3 years ago I would have taken Eli straight up over Cam any day of the week. I've been pretty embarrassed over that since but never more than after reading this. 

 

Im fully ready for the Manning era to come to a close and I am sick of the media bias.

 

Fortunately, one of those things is on the downslope toward realization.  

Unfortunately, the other thing seems to get worse no matter what the Panthers accomplish.
