I guess anything is possible but what is more likely is that some Giants fan saw that clip and turned the bat pointing (at who knows what) into an excuse.

But... I mean, I don't see taunting there. It looks like he's just walking around with it. He doesn't have aggressive body language. I don't know, maybe he was saying stuff, but what he's doing there is not threatening to me.

Unless Ball or another player was directly threatening them with the bat, I don't know how the Giants would be 'taunted.' This is comical.

I have already come to the sad realization that society as a whole has gone full retard and the saddest part about that is that they fully understand that and accept it.

That being said, if the public actually buys this poo, the world is in even more trouble than i could have ever imagined.

You have to have the IQ of a fuging snap pea to think a guy on the verge of a life changing payday ever gave a single fleeting thought to swinging that bat at anything but air.  If he wants to physically harm someone, he plays a game that allows him to do so within the rules, as does Beckham.  Furthermore, why the fug would Norman, a guy who already views himself as physically more dominant and skilled than Beckham, feel like he would need to do anything off the field to further prove that when he can do it with his play?

OK. Playing devil's advocate. Let's say they WERE taunting the Giants players and swinging the bat towards them... It still doesn't mean they had the bat in play during the game or anything. How in the world does the pre-game taunting justify OBJ's launch toward Josh's head with his helmet during the game after the play was over??

Agreed but it is more than that.  NBC paid a lot of money to show the giants game next week.  How much revenue will they lose with OBJ sitting?  NBC is pushing the league hard to find a way to get away with just a fine.

I put this on twitter but Prime Time, the Giants and OBJ salty because Josh and Panthers refused his apology. Then this morning Prime is saying Josh and Ball yelled sexial slurs at OBJ while pointing and swinging bat.....

Not just the launch at Norman's head, but the entire game. So many head shots, you lose count. I really don't know how Norman didn't kick OBJ right in his teeth. Wayyyyyyy more will power than me.
