If a couple of guys calling names prior to the game caused OBJ to completely lose his poo and punch people and try to literally knock them out of the game... then he needs some anger counseling.

But I'm with Monsta, RR doesn't seem like a coach that would put up with that kind of busch league nonsense.  I think that all of this is spin so that they don't have to admit that OBJ is fuging insane.

It doesn't take much to get in his head. He was upset that the Jaguars were playing rough with him, he punched the dude on the Bills so he just isn't mentally where he needs to be for his ability. He's going to get a lot of ribbing from a lot of people trying to get an edge on him.

Still yet, IF and only IF the comments about trying to end his career are true, even as hyperbole, Rivera needs to have a conversation with them and straighten that mess out.

It is spin.

Tom Coughlin went against everything he has ever claimed to be about Sunday.....b/c he needs a win.

Even today, he pretends he didn't understand who the personal foul calls were on, says they committed equal acts, etc.  Just goes to show in the NFL.....all that matters is winning

Odell and his crew are trying to save face as much as possible. Odell literally lost his fuging mind and now America knows he is certifiably insane. That is not good for his sponsors. Kids look up to him and parents after watching this game will no doubt not be buying poo from him. They will lose a ton of money.

expect a bunch more of this bs in the next coming days and when he appeals his suspension.

No one is going to understand the bat and no one in the media is going to talk about the DB's doing it symbolically. I do have an issue with them being childish and pointing it at Beckham in a threatening way. It's uncalled for. The other tid bit I heard on the Eisen Show from Dion Sanders was that there were "slurs about OBJ's sexuality" and "how he wears his hair". "There were threats that people were going to try to take him out and his career was going to be ended today".

All of those are direct quotes and if true I am extremely disappointed. It doesn't excuse OBJ from spearing Josh's helmet but it surely doesn't make Josh seem like an innocent bystander.

Dude..unless you heard it from JNO or any other Panthers mouths then you are only believing Deion Sanders who is trying to defend OBJ since all this happen and of course OBJ who is telling Sanders what was allegedly said..

Another media spin sh*t to try to make the OBJ look like the victim and why his actions were justified..

Okay. I said if it is true. Not an absolute but thank you for your opinion.

Unless Josh carried the bat onto the field once the game started and was beating the hell out of OBJ with it, this should be no deal at all.  The Giants, OBJ, and all of OBJ's nut huggers have realized today that the media, fellow players (past and present), and fans of the game of football have turned on him.  Now they have to do something to try to make excuses for why he acted like a jackass.
