Wow. Talk about getting it all figured out. I know a huge factor has been the WR's catching more balls. But if you're a stat person, you'll enjoy this turnaround. I knew he was playing better in the 2nd half of the season, but this improvement is no joke!

First 7 games of the season (considered as an MVP Candidate):

  • 117 / 216 - 54.2%
  • 1,523 Yards
  • 14 Total TDs (11 Pass - 4 Rush)
  • 8 Interceptions
  • 13 Sacks
  • 87 Sack Yards
  • 64 Rushes for 286 Yards (4.5 Yards per rush)
  • 27.3 Points Per Game
  • 78.1 Quarterback Rating

Last 7 games of the season (Lead Runner for MVP... easily):

  • 141/223 - 63%
  • 1,879 Yards
  • 25 Total TDs (22 Pass - 3 Rush) * Most Pass TD's in a season before this year was 24!
  • 2 Interceptions
  • 14 Sacks
  • 130 Sack Yards
  • 55 Rushes for 294 Yards (5.3 Yards per rush)
  • 36.9 Points Per Game

      Yeah we have invested a bunch ot time with tight ends and it's clearly obvious they like Warren. I think they really wanted to dive into the others to see the gap personally and make a decision off that. If they feel Taylor or  1 of the other tight ends have  good upside as a 2 way tight end, they may go that route.  Warren is the only 1 right now that  shows he could be a starter bc he isn't a liability in run or pass.   They have options.
