Yes, because Norman is the one who was up 35-7. I don't care about Norman and Beckham throwing blows. I don't care about Norman kneeing Beckham after he hit him helmet first. I doubt the Giants would've scored a TD on that drive without Norman's "half the distance to the goal" personal foul, even though they had driven. The rest of the defense was too distracted at that point.
