Good morning ladies and gents and welcome to another Sunday of Panther football. I will be heading up to NYC in just a few minutes to meet up with our Riot brethren.  I will have to wait and see what is on the menu.

So show me what you got today Huddle and remember PICS ARE ENCOURAGED!

Got my victory steak chilling in the fridge.  Going with a blue cheese crumble on this one.

I've had so much red meat this season..  Superstition is killing me haha

I'm on week 14 of Bojangles'. A steady diet of fried chicken strips, mac and cheese, and biscuits week after week isn't helping the waistline.

Here's to 14-0!!

Someone around here (hint, hint) keeps talking about Lasagna. The whole reason I began this sausage-making hobby was because I just cant get Italian Sausage for my lasagna over here in Korea. These days, it has become something of a small business~

Yesterday I picked up this beautiful piece of meat...all honking 17 pounds of it to use  for my sausage-making experiments. Most of it will be used for trying my hand at a homemade salami, maple breakfast sausage, and maybe a curry sausage because Koreans love them some damn curry/bulgogi/pepper flavored sausages.....but I chose to put 5 pounds aside for my stable Mild/Sweet Italian recipe. Lasagna wont be made until tomorrow (Game time herein S. Korea) but the prep work has been done.

Once again...shout out to REAL pics our fans take rather than stock google images.

I havent seen the Pilsner yet maybe it is buried in the fridge where he old lady put it away.  If so I will find it today.  Wierd thing though - when she opened up that 12 pack there was one bottle that had the bottom busted out completly and of course it had no beer in it - never had had any beer in it - I got ripped off for a beer.
