Playoffs at this point

The Seahawks are defending NFC Champions who have been beaten down this season.

The Panthers are an unexpected success with no expectations of being the lead dog who are having fun and making history.

Panthers at home and fairly healthy.

Seattle having to travel to Arizona and then the east coast 3 straight weeks while being severely beaten up.

Carolina is playing with house money for the remainder of the season and the playoffs.

I expect the Seahawks with Russell Wilson to tear up the teams on their schedule with the passing game. Only 4 teams on their schedule I would expect Wilson to struggle against.

Seattle can come to BOA. It would make my year. The torch was passed. truth is they don't want no more. They'll be lucky to make it out of the wild card round anyway. Playing on the road against a team that doesn't have Jimmy Claussen as the starting qb doesn't go well for them. But if they do make it to our house? I'm happy! I consider it a gift wrapped and delivered straight from the football gods themselves. Follow that up with a beatdown to the Pats, and a poet couldn't have wrote the season any better! KEEP POUNDING!!!!!!!!!!

Seattle will be a slog.  Likely our hardest fight of the postseason, including the Super Bowl.  They're the hottest team in the NFL right now, and they look scary.

If we make it through the divisional round, our chances will look very good.

I'd like to say that Carolina is the hottest team, but that would totally fug up the narrative now, wouldn't it?

Didn't even think about it, but Green Bay still has a really viable chance at the #2 seed.  Down the Stretch, Green Bay has @Oakland/Arizona/Minnesota.  If GB would win out, they would automatically tag a loss onto Arizona meaning if Arizona lost either of Philadelphia or Seattle then GB would be the #2 seed.  Panthers and Zona have been playing so well lately that I haven't really considered either GB as sneaking up and taking the #2 seed. I hope this scenario plays out, I want as much stress on as many teams as physically possible down the stretch.

At this point with 2 weeks to go,

Carolina at home as #1 seed

AZ Won NFC West and has a bye

Pack is 3 seed and will host Minny most likely

Skins could win 4th seed and promptly be out on their nose in the first round

Seattle is 5th seed and will probably stay there

Minny looks to have the 6th seed

#1 and #5 seeds look closer to sure things than any of the rest.

AZ could lose the bye week

Pack could gain the bye week or become the 6th seed

We pretty much know who is going to the dance, just not their partners at this point

One more win, and the Panthers could host just about anyone
