There will be an issue when Arizona goes 4 wide (which they do about 25% of the time) and Colin Jones is on a WR as the dime back.

It is extremely rare that we go dime.  The majority of the time we will stick to the nickel and bring a safety to cover the 4th WR and depending on the set, a linebacker.  The injury is tough, but its not a death blow.

We do that and we will get TORCHED by Arizona.

You really want to see a LB or Safety on any of these WR's....Fitz, Floyd, John Brown, JJ Nelson?

Please tell me that you just did not think it through before you suggested it.

Since we have the first round bye the divisional game isnt for 5 weeks, pretty much ruling Bene out of that game but maybe could make the latter stages...

I really doubt it. He would be ready to get back to some football at that point but he would not be 100%. I feel terrible for bene.

melvin white is not a great player but bringing him back (think he's on the Rams PS)would be ideal since he knows the system and has had some success here.

Here is hoping peanut comes back and finnigan keeps a steady incline. He flashed yesterday with some good tackles.

This is gonna be kind of scary.

I would rather Young get called up from the PS at this point, maybe we can get lucky and get in a situation like the Pats did last year with Gray.

We know what White has to offer, and well, it's not good.

Yea it was probably wishful thinking on my part, the only real possiblity but still a pretty small chance of him playing this season is the super bowl but even then he probs wont be 100% healthy

That's if we go man, the majority of the time we run zone.  And I believe Luke and company can handle the underneath routes just fine with those guys.  John brown is really the only concern with mismatches.  But If they do decide to go dime I'm sure Ron and GMAN will find someone to fill that role.
