Anyone else feel like we're on a collision course for a rematch with Seattle?

With the addition of Finnegan, I feel confident in the belief that Rodgers won't be able to do what he did in the 4th quarter again. The Vikings (with 3 injured starters IIRC) barely lost to the Cardinals in Arizona. Seattle killed us with the 3rd down conversions to Graham, who is now gone. These are the 4 most dangerous teams to us and I feel adamant that we can beat all of them.

I actually think of all the NFC East teams Eagles could beat them.  Chip Kelly is certainly the best coach now that Coughlin has seemingly lost it...

When Chip Kelly today is the best coach in an NFL division, that's one crappy division. He may still come around, but he's not a great NFL coach thus far.

After watching the Cards squeak by Minnesota tonight I'm confident in saying that we can beat any team in the NFL.

"Can" and "will" can be two separate things in sports, particularly single-elimination tournaments like the NFL playoffs.

Anyone who thinks the NFCE is going to knock Seattle out of the playoffs needs to be drug tested. Our only chance of not playing them is if Minnesota gets the 6 and beats the Packers. Kind of crazy that the Vikings and Packers could be playing in GB two weeks in a row.

I would love the Panthers to beat Seattle in Charlotte for the NFC championship. Nothing would make me happier.

It really stinks this game will probably take place in the divisional round. Because it truly will feel like the NFC Championship. Best two teams in the league IMO. Can we take down Seattle and muster the same intensity for the following week?

Boy, Huddlers and their Seattle infatuation (replacing their recent Cardinal one). Geesh!

I thought there was a game vs Atlanta this weekend?

FWIW: The Cardinals were thoroughly unimpressive yesterday (as they were the previous weekend). And Seattle, whupped up on the depleted Vikings defense, and Jail break of a defense in Pittsburgh.

Plus, Seattle can always lose on the road in the wild card IMO (if they make the playoffs to begin with). And as previously stated: The Cards, have already  lost to the third string Pittsburgh QB, and just eeked out the victory over the Vikes yesterday. So they're not always a given IMO

So, can  we focus on tomorrow's game?

Seattle actually has a pretty good shot at passing GB or Minn for the # 5 spot, which would mean that they'd have to beat NFC East team plus Arizona to play us in the NFc championship game. Personally, I'm pulling against Seattleand for the Bucs for the next 3 weeks. Better safe than sorry.

And yes, I think that the sehawks are playing better than any NFC team other than the Panthers right now. I am also confident that we can beat them again.

Not true. If they get the 5 the only way they don't come to Charlotte is if the 6 beats the 3. IMO best case scenario is Seattle getting the 6. That way if they make it to us in the divisional round at least they had to play a tough game at Green Bay.

I agree, I think we can beat them again as well. I think we CAN beat anyone. I just think the road to Santa Clara would be a lot less bumpy without a divisional match up with Seattle.

Not so fast my friend....you are not correct in that assertion.

If Seattle beat the NFC East team and GB (#3 beat #6 Minn), we would get Seattle in the Div Round.

The only way Arizona would get Seattle in the Div round is if both the #5 and #6 seeds won the WC games.

I've been thinking about running into Seattle for a while now. I think Seattle is better than AZ, but we'll know for sure when they play.

AZ is the 2nd best team in the NFC. The good thing about maybe playing them, is that they play very similarly to how we play...maybe even moreso than the Seahawks.

Basically, I'm saying that because the Panthers practice intrasquadly, our guys should be well-prepared for a matchup against similar teams to our own.

Fact.  Seattle is the one team I think that could come to Carolina and beat us.  They have the talent, the experience, and after we beat them in their house this year, the motivation.
