Got it.  But given that I'm coming to CLT from Africa where it's about 85 today in the city where I'm working, I'm expecting to be COLD at BOA on Jan 3!!  (Though, never know we could get one of those crazy warm Jan. days..., but I'm not counting on it.)  Just this week I ordered an "Ugly" Panthers sweater and hat... so there's likely not going to be too much of me to see in any of those pictures.  Maybe just nose and eyes peeking between scarf & hat!  LOL.

Well I'll probably in be Minnesota Jan. 3rd where it'll probably be -5 with 10mph winds so I don't think it'll be too cold at BOA...

Where in Africa? This is the kind of work I want to get into with my Spanish and Linguistics degree

If we could only get the special teams up to par alongside the offense and defense.  Special teams is the only thing that worries me going forward once we get into the playoffs...especially the FG unit.

Awesome. Thanks KB. I want to pursue a career in missions translation when I graduate in May. Idk if your company does work in Latin America, but that's where my focus is

After being a Panther fan since 95 and never having won a SB although we were in one 12 years ago, it is somewhat surreal to see the team this year and see how well we have done.  It is hard not to see the lack of great receivers with KB going down and the O line which has gone from bad to great in one year with some of the same people and wonder if we can really keep this up for the rest of the year without a bad game particularly in the playoffs where it is once and done. Or will we do our great December run and then fall apart in the playoffs.

I try to balance those thoughts with the reality of what I see each week which is that Cam is having a fantastic year and is doing unprecedented things so why not assume we will do unprecedented things as a team and win it all.  Have we ever had a team which is closer to each other whether they are on defense or offense and works harder to pick each other up?  I am thinking this team is something special and that this is a special year much like that special team in 2003.  I almost have to pinch myself sometimes to make sure it is real.

I think in the end I simply have to enjoy the ride as long as it lasts and not try to know how it is going to end.  BTW, I am still saving  my pennies for February just in case.
