Ugh.. dont put so much stock into these pre draft online ratings.. I'm not sure where you read that Mayo was a 7th rounder, but your comment makes it sound like you really think that GMs should base their picks or rankings off of what some website says.  Obviously, people get overvalued and undervalued every year throughout the draft.  It seems to me like you suffer from what most fans suffer from...unreasonable expectations and no patience.

To be fair, injuries kept everyone from fairly evaluating Kugbila.  No draft is perfect anyways.

Wasn't the question.  I asked who the hands down choices in the 5th round that would positively make this team better than it is with the player(s) selected.

I wide receiver that I liked coming out of the draft was Devin Smith. Fast and can stretch the field. Would compliment our already young core (minus Cotch)

If you want to make the argument that anybody who runs really fast can do that sort of thing for an offense, then why wouldn't we have kept Drew Carter?

He is a credible threat. He's not a reliable threat to catch it every time, but he's still a credible threat. Can you imagine if defenses didn't honor his speed every time? Yeah he might drop way more than he should, but the ones he catches are game changers.
