I never lost faith even when down 14-0. My wife was like oh no, and i told her no worries Cam has got this. At the end though i thought with 1:05 still on the clock was to much time left for Brees with the way our D played.

Still everyone needs to get a grip and have some fuggin faith.

This post sounds realistic. I didn't give up but at the same time was concerned in the 4th quarter. But I guess if anyone wasn't positive we were going to win we need to go eff ourselves.

We looked like poo but knowing how horrible the Saints defense is I knew if we could stop turning the ball over that we could stay in it.

We looked like poo today though. Give them credit for being resilient but if we keep playing like that the Cardinals or Seahawks will blow us out in the playoffs.

My post, and overall premise, says nothing specifically about winning. Simply put, claiming that any sporting event is 'over' after barely 10% of game time has passed is nonsensical.

disagree... game was over at that point. panthers were an inch from losing today. People are allowed to react to those things

Again, no one said anything about winning or losing, only that games are pretty much never decided in the first quarter. Even if Carolina had lost, they lead changed numerous times and the outcome very different (close game vs. blowout) from how it initially appeared.

This applies to any sporting event.

Great teams win tough back and forth games and overcome mistakes. That is what we did in New Orleans.

We have a huge target on us and will get the best from every team we play from here on out. Just be confident that this team knows how to win and will keep composure to close a game.
