It's not good for our older defensive players to have to defend long plays with Wilson scrambling. Peanut looked like he was going to drop dead on a long play from an interception return. Harper is another guy who will not do well in that situation. The Panthers match up best with teams that have immobile QBs imo.

Yup, and they scored 23 points on us that day despite being a very below average offensive team the first half the season.  Now it seems like they're dropping 30-40 on everybody, it's kind of scary

Allen and Big Money did not play either and he wouldn't have Graham this time and we have Finnegan now as well.  If healthy we would crush them.

Seattle had problems with their secondary earlier in the season and it made them look worse than they are. They're really good. I think they'll beat Arizona.

I don't think they'd be scoring 30-40 on us.  I believe if/when we play again the score might actually be lower for both teams.

People were trying to tell me last week that Vikings were better than Seattle lol

I tried to tell em, Seattle is just on another level than the Vikings. Once you go against the top teams, your QB has to make plays and Teddy isn't cut out to win a game by himself.

Seattle's, back to that quick throw, short pass offense for Wilson (i.e. one read).

No more holding on to the ball and being sacked or ran out of bounds.

It's been working well. I wonder for how long (or is it just the depleted Minnesota and hapless Pittsburgh defense making them look good)?

Of course, the defense has gotten some gifts (from the Zebras and Minnesota players) as well.

Obviously, Bridgewater's not ready for Primetime!

I've been beating the proverbial drum about how terrible the Steeler's Defense is.

Not to take anything away from Minny, but really, who have they played?

Seattle is certainly a better team than Minny, even if Minny had all their starters healthy.

All this game goes to show is, how bad Green Bay really is to lose to them (Minnesota). And of course, they should have lost to Detroit as well, minus the Motown Miracle!

Regarding Seattle: It remains to be seen? Pittsburgh and Minnesota's depleted defense's not that great. And the Minnesota offense's pathetic.

Of course, Seattle's went back to that quick, short throw offense for Russell Wilson (i.e. one read), after watching him get sacked and hold on to the ball for too long. This is because, he can't properly/quickly read multiple coverage's while scanning the field. So back to the quick throw offense.

It'll be interesting how NFL DC's deal with this (or as many of us said, is it really the depleted Minny, and sucky Pittsburgh defenses)?

You could write a novel with the amount of excuses some on this board are making for why Seattle has been dominating the last 4 weeks

They still have problems in there secondary (500 yards to Pitt says hello)

Most pundits have argued that having Chancellor reintroduced after the prolonged holdout, messed up the DB chemistry and that Earl Thomas may have lost a step or two.

Regardless, Minny and Bridgwater are not a good litmus test for measuring how good of a team their opponents are.
