Clemson fan here. That was a horrible call. Plain and simple.  I hate that it happened, because a bunch of jackwagons are going to act like that call single handedly determined the outcome of the game, when really, it didn't. We made more mistakes in one game than I have ever seen before, and at one point in the 4th quarter we were still 3 scores up in spite of that fact. UNC would have had to march down the field, score a touchdown, and a two point conversion to TIE the game. I dont see that happening.  That call didn't cost you the game. If you had played better, and handled your business, it wouldn't have even come to that. The game was only close because we kept getting in our own way. Anybody with a pair of eyes could tell we're the better team. We outplayed you. We won. End of story. 13-0 baby.

Did not make much sense to me.  Not the first time he has done it either.  Oregon does the same thing, great when it works but can really bite you.

Why he did not go for two at 42-29 was beyond me too.  A two-point conversion makes it an eleven point game so you could only need a TD, another conversion and a FG.  An XP means you still need two FG, missing the conversion means the same thing.  It ended up no mattering but that to me seems like the exact time to do it.

I think, with Carolina in possession of 3 timeouts and the ball at the 50, they could have tied the game--it was a high-scoring game--, but UNC was outmatched.  They were not the better team.  Clemson will represent the ACC better than UNC.

I was hoping UNC would pull Williams, but for some reason, they are loyal to him with a better QB (in my opinion, but statistically as well) on the bench.

I look at that decision and the fake punt as 2 boneheaded calls that could have cost UNC the game.

 Clemson will win the National Title even though I am a UNC fan I will be pulling for them as I am sick of SEC teams..Clemson will meet OU and knock them out of it. so sick of Alabama and OU..Clemson has been rising the last 4 years and will get ACC the title

Yeah I was thinking about that as well.  I'd like to know the decision making that went into that.
