Disrespect - You mean Dynasty!

Way way too premature to be tossing the word dynasty around.

While I understand this sentiment I understand what he means by "dynasty".

We have the perfect combination of young impact players and veteran guys who mentor and lead on/off the field.

Cam and Luke are locked up as our two highest contracts minus a potential Josh Norman biggie.

Our two best players have yet to hit their peak and will age together as Gettles will rotate and add complementary pieces to surround them.

Our impact players are still young: Star, Kawann, KB, Kony, Bene, Turner, Remmers, along with young depth that are in line to replace the vets: Aj Klien and Shaq for TD..Funchess for Cotch, maybe Tre Boston for Harper.(big maybe on Tre)

The cap is at a pont where you can retain key talent and now possibly add a piece here and there. The quality depth is what makes this team better than most.

If we stay relatively injury free this could go for a while.

Oh do stop it.  I possibly can't get anymore erected than what I am.

If you're looking for the disrespect, you're going to find it, but don't be blind to the respect we are getting.

Michael Irvin (ugh... wish it was someone else) just put on record that not only are we the Super Bowl favorites in his mind, but the Carolina Panthers are on the verge of a Dynasty. This is the first I've heard a media member say this. I'll get video up as soon as I can find it.

Dig the media, I been saying this for years, Dynasty!  just win baby

Irvin was wearing homer glasses, homer goggles, and a homer helmet before we slaughtered his lone star turkeys. Yelling "Romo is a god!! Bow down to the Romo god!!" on NFLN before the game, he really embarrassed himself.

So now he has to do a 180 degree turn and treat us like gods, since we knocked those Cowpunks d!cks in the dirt.

Norman mentioned getting QB money. So I think it could get ugly if Norman would rather have the money. Personally, I'd rather stay in Carolina and continue to win. Also, it seems like an amazing place to play. Especially this year. Plus, I don't see Getts trying to lowball him. However, I don't see 20 mil a year in his future either.

It's not really a bold statement as much as the talking heads would like to pretend that it is...

this year would be 3 straight divisional titles

We have the two most important positions filled with arguably two of the most dynamic, unique, young players that are signed long-term and look to lead our team for many years to come in Cam and Kuechly.

We have J-No, lock him up for the next 2-3 years. Keep the Gettlemagic draft classes churning out great players and in another 2-3 years time, this team could be SCARY good!

I couldn't agree with this more. We certainly have all of the pieces there to make considerable noise the next few years.

Most teams don't get the chance to draft 2 potential Hall of Famers at QB and MLB in back to back seasons. Having that kind of foundation to build upon on each side of the ball is definitely something special. It just seems like everything is coming together for us at the same time - in a perfect storm of football. Hopefully they can lock JNo up this offseason, followed by at least KK next year....then just keep building on the already stellar foundation they have built for themselves. I say this as homerless as possible, I really think we are building the bar none best franchise in the NFL. Teams will soon be patterning themselves after the "Carolina Way."

Hell yeah! In addition to drafting very well, G-money has a knack for finding cast off talent/veterans that will play cheap. the more we win, the more of these will want to play for us. just imagine how Finnegan feels, he just fell ass-backwards into a superbowl ring.

Yea i saw it too.  Everyone sorta was like wtf.  Thing is he may be more right than even we know.  Brandon marshal knows whats up too but he diddnt want to go that far out on a limb before is "analyst" carrer takes off.

Oh and boomer eison or whatever his name is....Gah take him off tv.

All former pocket passers hate on the panthers. Obviously it's due to Cam not being a natural passer.

I'm not getting caught up in dynasty talk. Last time i thought that was 10 years ago and thought we'd be in playoffs 4/5 years or more. I am of course happy that we no longer give the Patriots our draft picks
