Didn't even think of that. Does the recent and overall history between Brady and Goodell factor in? 

Doubt it. This is all subjective stuff. I think breaking youngs record at the age of 26 will be at the forefront of the voters minds, even though it's a career stat it's fuging incredible. 

I grew up watching Steve in the Bay Area. It's a huge deal and the fact that he could knock that record down in 5 years is just mind boggling.

I think for Cam to win MVP, those with the votes are going to have to actually look at how much different this team would be without Cam vs. the Patriots without Brady. 

Bill is one hell of a coach and has already proven he can get high end performance out of back up QBs. The gap isn't as far between Brady and the next guy as it is between Cam and DA. 

MVP should really be about impact of a player vs stats of a player.

      The best thing about these two, as long as they are together, is the offensive philosophy stays the same. Young is only going to get better and better if Canales continues to evolve as a head coach. We've seen several QBs degress when the OC/Play caller moves on to a new team.  Brady had one head coach and had his system so down pat that Brady probably was thinking just like Bilichick.  If we build around Young and Canales grows as a HC we might actually keep an offensive head coach longer than 2 years.

      You only read half of what I said. He also comes from a football family. His dad was a notable coach and he learned a lot about football.  I won't argue that Brady knows the game but I believe Olsen articulates it much better than Brady. This is why Olsen is a better analysis and would be a much better coach.
