Yes, the Panthers will clinch the division if they win against the Saints this weekend. The Panthers could be crowned division champs if the Falcons lose to the Bucs, which would happen before the first snap is played in New Orleans.

If we lose and Falcons win, things get tricky.

How does it get tricky?  We would still only need one win or 1 Atlanta loss to win the division.

Because of we lose and they win, the next game is against Atlanta. If we win, clinch the division. Lose...we're a wild card.

... there is still tampa bay after.. there is like one scenario in which we dont get the division and that is losing out all 4 remaining  division games.. not gonna happen

The only scenario in which we don't win the division is if we were to LOSE ALL 5 of our remaining games and the Falcons WIN ALL 5 of their remaining games.

Wrong.  We would still be 3 games up on Atlanta even under that scenario.  We would have to lose all 5 games left and Atlanta would have to win out for is to lose the division to them.
