A Playoff senario question

Question regarding the Panthers playoff situation.......

Is is true if either Dallas, Atlanta or Bucs lose one just one of their remaining two games then regardless of what Carolina does in their final two games.......that the Panthers would be in the playoffs...abeit even as a wild card in the worst case senario?

If that is true then we could possibly know that status before the Sunday night game is played......

Of course the Sunday night game would then be the home field advantage edge with a win and lock in the bye week as well.

So if Dallas loses to Baltimore on Thrusday night that would be all it takes to get the Panthers into the post season?

Do I have this correct?................If not is there anyother way to explain it?

correct you are. nothing is for certain, but I do like our chances. homefield is so crucial for this team though. I want my $185.00 to go to playoff games not next year's regular season games.

You are correct except the Ravens and Cowboys play Saturday night.

If the Bucs and Falcons lose Sunday then we would win the division no matter if we win Sunday or not.

If any of those three lose any of their next two we're in automatically.

If both ATL and Tampa lose at least one game, we win the division regardless of what we do.

If we lose to NY but beat New Orleans we win the division, secure the # 2 seed and home field advantage against everyone but NY regardless of what the other guys do.

If we beat the Giants we win the division, secure the # 1 seed and home field advantage throughout regardless of what the other guys do.

1985 bronco's won 11 games and missed the playoff's since then it hasn't happened. though it could happen again this year. if the pats win out they'll be 11-5 and they'll miss the playoffs if either the jets of the dolphins also win out.
