And our locker room is so incredibly strong that if he doesn't fall in line he'll likely get shown the door. Low risk high reward type deal for me

If Colin Jones would've been consistent it would've been a different story, no matter how long he's out.  We only had 4 CB's on the damn roster.  Needed another, plus maybe Finnegan can help in the slot.

Too many leaders/vets in our locker room for him to ruin any chemistry.  Plus, heard he's not that bad of a dude unless he's on the field.

hes only what... 31?   he still has some wheels left on him.. and he is very far down the locker room  totem pole.. (um...)    so I don't have any concern that behavior will be an issue.   i've never heard he is a bad teammate

I know a lot of people are saying that this worries them about the Peanut injury, and while I believe Peanut has an injury, I think it's more about being able to let Peanut rest up through the last 5 games (maybe play limited snaps in the last 2 game), while having a guy who can do the job in the slot, so that when Peanut comes back, you're deeper and if Peanut goes down in the post season you already have a guy who's gotten game snaps in our system. I don't see this as being anything but good. Adding quality depth minimizes the impact of injury in a big game.
