they'll just edit the narrative to read "only 1 team that was over .500 at the time the Panthers beat them".  We'll be number 1 on most probably, but there will be caveats like "....because the Patriots are so banged up, the Panthers are #1..." etc.

I started to prepare my rage until i realized i have no idea who this guy is.  Then i went back to my default state of not caring.
