I realize why he's confused. That's no excuse for him to be a jackass to me. As per the NFL, it's still week 12. We have to play New Orleans in Week 13 before we can play Atlanta in Week 14.

You said that ATL plays TB next week. They don't. I'm totally done

On Sunday we are:

Vikings fans- If they beat Falcons we can clinch the Division next week when we play them!

49er fans- Arizona needs to lose a couple more games.

Broncos fans- For only one reason. I truly do want to be the worst undefeated team in the League. Even if we're the only undefeated team left.

Steelers fans- because FUG the SeaHawks

Colts fans- Just so everybody in the South loses except for us.

Thats about it folks.

Actually we can clinch the division against the Saints. All we need is for Atlanta to lose one more game, either this Sunday or next, and we win in NO. That will give us a 5 game lead in the division with 4 games to play.

Dude, this isn't difficult. Thread title clearly states who to pull for Sunday.

Everything else is subject to how u look at it. We've played this week, so for the Panthers it's over and we play New Orkeans next followed by ATL at home.

I look at New Orleans as this week for us, but most would look at it as next week. No biggie. Main point was that ATL doesn't play TB at all like @Upstate said

The football week ain't over until the clock strikes 00:00 on Monday Night Football, no matter when your team plays. That's just science.

This year is easier than most. Just look at the loss column of NFC teams and pull against the smaller number whoever that is. Take care of the number 1 seed and everything else will take care of itself.

Arizona,  Minn, Green Bay and Atlanta are the only teams who can catch us so they all need to lose.

Actually, we need both Atlanta and Tampa to lose this week, then Atlanta to lose TO Tampa next week. If those things happen, and we beat New Orleans, we win the Division.

We actually want the Seahawks to win because that increases our SOS and SOV.

Yes, fug the Patriots so go broncos.

Yes, alittle cushion on AZ would be nice right now so go 49ers.

Giants @ Skins doesn't matter, since we play both of them.

Rams @ Bengals... Doesn't really matter. But I want the Rams to win so they can push TB or ATL out of the wild card race.

Saints @ Texans: fug the saints. But it would help our SOS (and possibly SOV) more if the Saints win.

Dolphins @ Jets: doesn't matter.

Chargers @ Jags: Jags win helps our SOS/SOV

Raiders @ Titans: Titans for SOS/SOV

Ravens @ Browns: doesnt matter.

Sorry, but I literally go postal when a Panther fan says we want Seattle to win.  Again, SOS and SOV mean NOTHING to us because we swept the AFC and Minnesota and Arizona did not so our conference records will be different and we would lose the tiebreakers if it comes to that.

FUG SEATTLE!!!!!  I'd rather a division rival with a rookie QB gain experience and momentum by making the playoffs than those TURDS, so it's at least a little tempting to "cheer" for the Bucs for that reason alone.  Choosing between the Seahawks and Falcons to get in the playoffs is like choosing between AIDS and syphilis but even then, the Seahawks are a more dangerous team and need to kick the bucket.

Chill, dude.  They do play TB next week.  Neither one of those teams has played their game yet this week, so by your logic, that game is next week for them. I think you're literally the only person here that looks at our game against Atlanta as "next week".  Everyone else views the saints game as next week since it's 8 days from now

All I know is we need Seattle and Atlanta or Tampa to lose and we clinch a playoff spot. Arizona loses and we've got a better cushion down the stretch. New England loses and I get to laugh at everything for a week.

If NE does lose, then they may not even get a bye.  They have not played well the last two weeks and still have to go to Houston and NYJ who both have something to play for, hate their guts, won't have the Foxboro shenanigans, and won't have the tiebreakers over Denver or Cincy.

This reminds me of that body building forum every other day workout in a week argument. There was a dumbo in that thread and there is one in here.  I could honestly care less about who wins what except for az and Seattle. There are no tie breaker scenarios that will ever bring up our sos/sov so who cares. I want az to lose bc they are the only threat to the one seed and I want Seattle to lose bc although I'm not scared I have no desire to face them in the playoffs.

I want Arizona and Minnesota to lose

Both have an AFC loss so would have the tiebreaker over us on conference record.  One more loss by Minnesota though puts the first round bye in the same "something totally catostrophic would have to happen" category as clinching the playoffs and the division.

I could not care less about the rest of the league.

I hear ya-but food for thought-Minnesota's schedule is tough, take a look.  Hard to imagine they don't lose more and we're not dropping 3 anyway.  Not to mention I would much rather have them in the playoffs than the falcons(on general principle) or seahawks(more dangerous team). I hope Minnesota comes to BOA in January and gets steamrolled on the revenge tour and for that to happen they need to win.
