Since we make fun of opposing fans for their simplistic ways for gameplanning against us, how would YOU do it?

Aggressive blitzing to attack the backfield. And it has to get there quick. Tight man coverage on Ginn and Brown to try and negate their speed, otherwise focus on taking away intermediate pass plays and limiting Olsen. But is all going to rely on disrupting the backfield.

As for defense, attack Harper and the Nicklebacks. Keep the ball away from Norman. Find ways to negate the pass rush, like quick short passes. Rushing will need to be creative, and will struggle without an extra downfield blocker.

I think it's more talent beating our talent. Seems like the obvious things like throw on Harper or Colin jones are too obvious. Or double Olsen and stacking the box to shut down the run. They aren't working because of the talent we have to overcome that. Olsen can make plays double teamed, Jstew can run for 4-5 yards with a loaded box, and cam can dice you with his arm if you try and stop the run or blitz.

this is a talent driven league and we are fortunate enough to be loaded in key positions with talented contributors and with a coaching staff that allows our players to do what they do best.

it is why I think we will wipe the floor against New England if we play them. We are just too good and Brady cannot mask all those injuries to talented players even though he will be one of the top 3 best players on that field at the most important position.

Get an early lead.

Dont turn the ball over.

Control time of possession with a dink and dunk offense that occasionally takes shots.

Defensively just keep us out of the end zone and trade field goals for touchdowns.

Basically be the New England Patriots.

It has to be frustrating for opposing defenses.

Execute the defense you called on a given pass play exactly as designed on the chalk board and Cam breaks contain at the end and runs for 12 yards. Get 2 defenders in good position to make a play on the RB for no gain and Stew hits you and falls forward for a 4 yard gain. Blanket all the receivers and Olsen will make a ridiculous catch while hand fighting the coverage.

I'm not sure it matters too much what you do on offense right now.

we do have some mismatches that can be taken advantage of by a good team.

on offense i would try to spread it wide with a lot of 3WR 1TE sets to marginalize norman and hope to work on that nickel back (epsecially now.) that lighter package may also open up underneath stuff for the tight end. i would experiment with some audibles that call fly routes for any guy lined up on harper's side of the field, especially when coleman comes in and shows blitz. i would also take advantage of carolina's aggressive front seven and runs tons and tons of counters. they appear susceptible to misdirections, so if you've got a good tackle that can seal the edge you might find ways to get upfield.

on defense i would try to force carolina to beat me with their weakest links, which are tackle and wide receiver. oher sometimes struggles with speed rushes and remmers can get overpowered; i'd space ends and run stunts to take advantage of this. i would run some delayed blitzes as well. cam excels at changing plays pre-snap, so if you can show some looks and then send a guy after he's made his first read you might throw him off, especially if he tries to go to a hot route or something else underneath.

ginn, cotchery, and brown are only great because cam newton is playing great. they are your best bet to win the game if you're a defense. if you have decent corners you should probably play man coverage all day, bracket olsen when possible (or at least don't give him a free release) and send gratuitous pressure. you may take advantage of his occasional inaccuracy.

that zone blocking scheme is super tough to read, so i think you basically choose to gamble a lot and bring in an extra safety and hope ginn doesn't catch it or cam isn't accurate enough to hit those marginal receivers in tight coverage. i think you definitely keep a spy roving the middle of the field on obvious passing downs and if you wanna get creative and you have the personnel you try to drop DEs in coverage on occasional, especially in situations in when you think he might pass it or dump a screen to peel off pressure, if you've been throwing it all game.

the panthers have weaknesses and are beatable, but basically you have to out-chess rivera and shula with your playcalls to take advantage with any consistency, which in the past seemed like a given but now has become a formidable challenge in conjunction with the tightest roster in the nfl.

I just don't see a team beating us in a full 60 minute game.  Even with our weaknesses, this team will beat you using a different method.  It can win in blowouts, grinders, come from behind victories and victories that hold off other teams' momentum.  To put it simply, there is no gameplan for this team.  Of course that is not saying this team can't be beat.  I'm just pointing out there is no specific plan that will beat them.
