I didn't watch the post game but I did see him congratulating former teammates during the game. He seemed very humble toward his former team (not humble as a person, but humble toward the Panthers).

I can't help but to wonder if Hardy is finally beginning to mature. I sure hope so. How cool of a story would it be if he signs a 2yr contract with Dallas or some other team, does a 180 in his life, and 2 years from now comes back to Carolina to finish out his career?! So long as he's got his issues figured out, I'd welcome him back.

Panther players were smart, being nothing but complimentary to Hardy (whether genuine or not), giving him no reason and motivation to come after the Panther offense.

Hardy probably didn't know what to do with all the kind Panther words thrown his way, after all the criticism he received elsewhere. It worked like a Charm.

Can only imagine how he feels. Sure, he made one hell of a mistake. All that aside though he is on a 3-8 team that just got dismantled by his former team that is 11-0. He wanted to stay here and it must really suck for him. He made that choice though so he has to live with it.

Reminds me of Jarrod Cooper after we had to cut him. Remember how excited he was to see everyone when we played the Raiders? Sad for all parties involved.

Seeing everyone hug like they did I won't lie I got sad. It sucks you can see the love between them. Totally genuine.

Don't think hardy will ever be back here. I think he really appreciated our players comments about him leading up to this game. Tolbert mentioned that he and hardy text each other weekly. CJ and him are obviously very close. Thomas Davis said what he said. Reminds me of a time when I had a friend who could not get out of his own way. He did horrible things to those around him, myself included, but I knew him personally and his struggles. It's not excusing poor behavior but knowing and being close to that person you can't just close them off completely with all I had been through with him.

think this is a similar situation. They just want the best for hardy. just a very bittersweet moment because you could see high character guys like Greg Olsen embracing him even during the game. that just spoke volumes to me while I was watching the game about how they feel about him. I hope he turns his life around if he hasn't started already.

I don't think hardy would be here even if he didn't have his off the field problems. I think it was just a tag and walk scenario.

guys I know we all have rose-colored glasses about Hardy as a football player but here's a little secret about him: He came and went in bunches. He'd get four sacks in a game then disappear for a few weeks. His best games came against shitty opponents. 

I'm not saying Hardy isn't good or talented, because he is. But it doesn't surprise me he was a non factor in yesterday's game.

The only people that really thought Hardy was innocent was the guys he was playing against  last night. So no, definitely nobody on here knew how he was feeling.
