Love going to opposing fans message boards before the game to read things like:

The Panthers haven't played anybody....this is the week we show everyone we are back...we're going to score 30+ points while allowing 10...etc...etc

Then after the game those same fans:

We suck...fire everybody...the Panthers beat us so I guess now they're legit...etc...etc

The media built them up over the week. The game was on CBS and most of CBS's NFL writers chose Dallas including Jason "Say It Ain't So" La Confora. Cowboys fan already thinks his team is better than it is, but then the media fooled them into believing this would be Carolina's toughest challenge yet (The Giants will be much tougher). 

The media and Cowboys fans were talking about Romo like Dallas would be 10-0 had he never gotten injured. 7-3, 6-4...maybe, but the difference in the game was always going to be Carolina's speed on defense versus Dallas slow-footed offense.

Given how we've thoroughly embarrassed them, NFC East should have to forfeit all the coverage they get on NFL Network and NFL Radio.
