Crazy as it seems, I'd agree with you but I'd add in a true modern safety. That posistion stands as the shear weakness in our secondary in terms of pass coverage.

A new QB for sure. And not some Diamond in the rough average QB either. As long as Fox and Co. continue think they will win with average, we are stuck in the mire of mediocrity. How many average QBs have become winners, really. Gannon, Dilfer...who else?

You know what I mean. We didn't have a first rounder this year or next year. Otah was worth a first because he is a starter but Brown was a second round talent that isn't going to start for at least another year or more. It was a desperation move because they didn't know what would happen with Peppers.
