Deep fried turkey, ham, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, Cornish game hens, sweet peas, mixed rice, deep fried potato chips.  Just a few things on the menu, and a possible clogged artery.

Whelp, given that I am on the road doing the hotel thing, I suspect I will be trying to find a sports bar in Rock Hill that is actually open. 

 

If I can't accomplish that, I will just post up in my hotel with my usual gameday meal combo from the local gourmet food joint on the corner....

I marinated a turkey breast section in cranberry brine fixing to throw it on the pit, along with a pork tenderloin roast, I'd post pics but it takes me a few cups of coffee to function and I worked 12 hours last night. Happy Thanksgiving to all and KEEP POUNDING!!!

made some crumbcake this morning. gotta run off and eat lunch with wife's family in just a minute, then back to our house for the game. some homemade cheese for gametime, then beef tenderloin and brussels at halftime. will update with pics later.

Just pulled the turkey off of the smoker and now it's resting while the stuffing, creamed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and green beans finish up.
