The greg hardy vs michael oher matchup

I'm not worried about what Hardy THINKS he knows about us. He's not a Chase Blackburn giving us the keys to the Giants playbook and we completely shut them down.

Last time he was here, Cam only had eyes for Benji and Thor. Cam wasn't choosing from 3 plays at the line. Ginn was in Arizona, not stretching the defense to get that 8th and 9th guy out of the box. Norwell was sucking on the scout team, Trai was time-sharing with Velasco, and Remmers was on a team west of the Mississippi River. Last time he faced up against Oher was in practice at Ole Miss.

Secondary compared to opening day 2014 is overhauled. Allen, Delaire, and Love are new faces on the D-line.

Bottom line, I hope he spills his guts about how we love to throw bubble screens to Bersin.

Yeah I'm sorry, for anyone that is saying Hardy does not know our offense has obviously never played football before. Things have changed, but you bet your ass defensive players know their own teams offense, and the same goes for offensive players and their defense.

again you're talking about a guy who puts more time into painting his face than practice and meetings. Sure he knows to be on his toes when cams in the option but so does every other defender in the league

I've never heard of Hardy being a student of the game, much less his own team. He was blessed with the physical skills, picked up a move or two here and there, and has basically made his name in games where he faced O-linemen that were below his caliber.

He'll get his sack early on, I am betting. And then he'll fade and disappear until he gets in another fight on the sidelines when his emotions get the most of him. He'll come back out after half time with his face paint reading "Help Me" backwards like Al Snow in the ECW days.

Hardy will definitely have something to prove and our staff knows this...   they'll have a plan to deal with him.   They had better, despite being insane, he's pretty damned good.

I kind of doubt he will help Dallas game plan too much.  Sure he may remember a few tendencies and plays but this offense is pretty different now and Cam is playing on a completely different level also.  Don't forget,  we have Kalil too, he's pretty dammed good and also a smart vet.  He'll keep the Oline in order.

That's a pretty ridiculous statement considering  he played against our first team offense for like 5 years.

I don't think it is.  Can you imagine the closed door conversation of their DC with Hardy?  Asking for details of an offense he last practiced against over a year ago?  What can he gain from a conversation from Greg "next question" Hardy that he can't gain from game tape?  The answer is zero.  The offense Greg practiced against in Aug/Sept of 2014 bears little semblance to this weeks version.

I hope they do think he has insight.

Greg didn't do any of that BS when he was with Carolina besides paint is face which takes literally 5 minutes, on game day.

I'm gonna go ahead and say that a dude that attended every single practice for 5 years up until he was suspended, knows our offense better than a defensive end that didn't play with the Panthers.

Not worried about Hardy calling out the Panthers plays.  More worried about him being a beast.  Dude is nuts but is strong and fast.  Haven't seen him play this year though other than highlights but he looks good. Hopefully he loses is head emotionally early on and takes his self out of the game.
