It is kind of fun to see the old posters come back.  w280sax comes to mind as someone who did not skip a beat and bringing some quality insights.  I'm sure Nance would do the same.  Marc_Anthony and some others stopped in last week.

You old Leatherneck, gun totin, pistol shootin, son of a grunt.  Good to know you're still around.  My Marine son is medically retired because of being blown up in Iraq and breaking his back in 3 places.  He still has good spirits.  Goes to a game or tailgate (Beer City Riot) with me when possible.  Don't forget your good friends in the future.  Bye-the-way, you're not rooting for the cudboys are you?  Just kidding.

It's moose breeding season so you will not hear much from him.  He's busy.

We always lose a few posters every year. People's real life scenarios change and they just can't post as much, as has been my case for a while.

I still get to the board pretty often, looking for breaking news, Igo's pictures, and such...  I just lurk much more than I used to...  =)

Thanksgiving is gonna be interesting out here...  My parents are visiting for the first time in 7 years, and my Cowboy fan wife and in-laws are gonna be here as well...  I don't know whether to look forward to the game, or dread the hell out of it LOL

Seems like this place was busier before the Cam Newton era, and I cant explain that because I know we have more fans now. Maybe there is another Panthers board sucking away members? Surely not another board as cool and as informative as this one though...

there's less controversy now. mediocrity brings out the most activity, since you're neither too good to lose the trolls and too bad to lose the faithweathers.

The reddit page is pretty good. Less complaining, less PanthersUnited analysis and by extension fewer PanthersUnited attacks (which are worse than the analysis), and the same links posted. Less personality, but of course depends on what you come for. You'd have to ask the boss here, but I imagine the majority of folks read and rarely post.
